Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira was born on May 26 1978 in Campinas Sao Paulo, Brazil. She is known as an actor for Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009) as well as A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira was appointed to The Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime in March 2020. She manages the Assassination Witness and is a member of GI-TOC's Multilateral Engagement Team. As part of her role with GI TOC She focuses on assassinations - including disappearances - and violence of other kinds in the contexts of illicit economies. Research interests include the effects of organized criminality on the law, policies and laws that pertain with human rights. Ana Paula earned an LL.M. with distinction in International Law at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. Additionally, she holds an LL.M. and an MBA in International Relations at Fundacao Getulio Vargas. Ana Paula is a graduate from The Federal University of Rio de Janeiro with an MAGNACUM LOVE degree in Legal Science and Social Sciences. She is a lawyer with a license and has worked in a law firm focusing on litigating in the public sector for more than four years. The past experience she has had also involved working with roles in non-governmental organizations with their headquarters in Rio de Janeiro and Geneva.
