Jana Kramer gained fame as an actress, singer of country music and songwriter, when she was a character in the TV show One Tree Hill. She played Alex during three of the final four seasons. Jana Kramer's first country releases were featured in the episodes of the show and helped to push her debut album of 2012 to in the Top 20 on the Billboard 200. Thirty One from 2015 reached number ten. Her decade ended by appearing on Dancing with the Stars and in several TV movies alongside an assortment of singles that were not album tracks. Kramer continued to appear in movies such as Heart of the Country 2013 or Country Crush 2016 which would be appealing to her fanbase. The second album of Kramer, Thirty One, was released through Warner Music Nashville by Kramer in October of the year 2015. It received a boost from her Top Five country song I Got the Boy as well as a duet performed with Steven Tyler from Aerosmith. This album reached number 3 in the Billboard 200 country charts and number 10 in the Billboard 200. In September of 2016, her appearance on the 23rd Season of Dancing with the Stars lasted 2 months, and she finished with a 4th place final. Also, she scored an adult contemporary smash in the form of Feels like Christmas with Straight No Chaser.
